I get that you might think that a lot of it is a bit crazy, but hear me out.

Whenever I am doing a lot of work on myself… being grateful, saying affirmations, exercising and nourishing my body with the right foods.

My life always improves.

When ever I fall off track with it, I end up in some type of hell – stressed, worried and a little freaked out.

Maybe it is just a really good placebo

Or maybe it actually works.

But whatever, I feel like a better person when I am doing it… and I also am a better person to everyone else when I do it, so it’s a WIN-WIN! 🙂
